But not everything is wonderful during pregnancy and especially in recent months the future mom may feel some anxiety.

Pregnancy must be lived to the fullest extent. Believe that even with all the hassles like going to the bathroom, weight gain, swelling and lack of sleeping position, then you will miss the belly.

How to Relax in Pregnancy

To sleep

Sleep whenever you can. After the baby is born you will not have a restful night for a while, for the rest of your life, actually.

Sleeping and resting is essential for replenishing energy and for the body to function perfectly, providing healthy growth for the baby.

Exercise

Exercise when allowed by the doctor is a great way to relax. You can take walks and stretching exercises to relax your body and mind.

Listen to music

The music has a relaxing and calming effect for the pregnant and the baby, listen to all kinds of music, sing dance and enjoy the moment.

Take a shower

Bathing helps to relax the body and refresh the mind. Take a few minutes to take a bath dating the belly.

The water should be warm, should avoid baths with very hot water.

Read

Take the time to rest and read the book you’ve been dating for months, read the magazine and of course all the information about pregnancy and babies.

Prepare a pregnancy record

Pregnancy is a wonderful time full of good things.

Enjoy to make a record of your pregnancy with photos of the belly, ultrasound and information on the joys and fears you felt in this period.

Your baby will love reading when he or she is older.

Take a pregnancy session, taking pictures is always great for relaxing and then you get unique memories.

Opinions of others

You will learn that people love to think about everything in pregnancy, and it worsens with the birth of the baby.

You will hear advice about eating, sleeping position, the amount of things you bought, learn to let go of the opinions of others and follow your instinct.
